The Light Beings Speak 

 

Before we begin, we wish you to know that with each exchange between the dimensions that we speak from and where you live, the fluidity of love increases in the universe. And so, we are grateful for each time we have the opportunity to exchange with you.

 We wish to speak about the importance of allowing yourself to become the creator of your own energy being. As most of you know, this is a time on the earth plane when the consciousness is evolving into another level of frequency. It is a time when each being who is aware of energy, who is aware of thought, is aware of light, has the opportunity to experience themselves as facilitators of this evolution or resistors of it. You are moving into the moment of truth, the moment of choice. You can either align with fear as the old forms, the old systems, the old beliefs, and the old frequency start to dissolve and disappear or you can celebrate the change. If you are not choosing to celebrate there might be a tendency to fear change and chaos.

 We invite you, each of you, to fully understand that you have been created to create reality. You have been given teachers and guides, and maps of consciousness, so that you can move along and discover how to create the reality that you wish to have exist within yourself, your community, and the earth race. Yes, we say the earth race. For to us, all beings upon the earth, whether they are human, animal of land, sea or air or elements, are all part of the earth race. The human has been given the gift of having awareness of its own awareness. Therefore, you are the ones who witness the change and intend how the evolution of the earth flows.

There is great rejoicing in the light world. Many on the earth plane now are aware of having the gift of being creators and facilitators of reality. There is great rejoicing as the earth race wakes up and realizes that it exists. You are very wonderful, brave beings who have chosen to come the earth at this time. For the first time in the evolution of the earth race, all around the world there is an awareness that you are all one race. This is happening through your consciousness, through your technology and through your new thought patterns. The earth race is of one energy.

 Love is the source of energy that feeds positive evolution. Love feeds not just the heart, but also the mind, the cells, and the etheric body. When one moves away from love, the emptiness of fear organizes reality. For fear is emptiness. Fear is that state of existence when one forgets one's connection with all of creation, and with one's self as the creator, and with the higher being as the generator of love. So, we ask you to take a moment to focus on that place within yourself where you are generating your consciousness, where your awareness flows through you, and notice if you are moving it with kind, loving compassionate energy. Or, are you moving your consciousness with the emptiness of fear and judgment? If you discover that you have slipped into fear, take a moment and breath in love. Feed yourself with loving energy; soak it in through your cells and absorb it with your mind.

 We want to remind you that each thought that is fed with love generates a thought pattern to flow from you to the universe and to the earth. Each sensation that is felt with love generates an energy on the earth that can call in and magnetically absorb love from the universal plane. Each movement, whether it is your breath, or dancing joyfully, or moving slowly down the road, that is felt with love expands the energy field of earth in vibrating the loving ray. How you live within yourself sets the tone for how you can receive from other dimensions.

 We hear so many humans talking about being afraid that they are being influenced by entities from other dimensions. They are being judged, prodded, poked and organized. But, there are others who joyfully receive the lifting of veils of consciousness and are seeing teachers, visitors, friends, companions, angels, and helpers from other dimensions. They see them as partners in their evolution. We wish to reflect to you that how you live within yourself, how you receive your own mind, your feelings, your energy that organizes what energy you draw from the universal plane.

If you are unconscious of your own being, allowing others to place their expectations or shadow material upon you, you are more inclined to allow thought patterns or entities from other dimensions to be unconscious in their relationship with you. If, however, no matter how strange or difficult your thoughts patterns are, you receive them with love, and you have compassion for your feelings and the flow of energy through your body, you will be more inclined to magnetically pull to you entities from other dimensions that wish to support you. Then, they will give to you from the higher realms or from other evolved universes, the energy to support you in life.

Do not be afraid of the earth race waking up to the realization that it is a part of a larger family in the universe. You have control over what is magnetically drawn to you and who you allow near you. You are the center of your own life. You create on many levels of existence. We want to really encourage you to celebrate the awakening consciousness. Look around you each day and ask, "What have I drawn into my life today? Who have I drawn into my life today?" If you have drawn in emptiness or difficulty, look not beyond yourself but within. Look and see how you have forgotten to love yourself. Or, you have forgotten to love your upset feelings. Or, you have forgotten to organize your mind around thoughts that create the reality you wish. Or, you have forgotten to surrender to the love from above that is coming to you. Look with love before analyzing what is coming to you. If you truly look with love at how you are creating your reality, you will be surprised at how the reality changes to peace.

The Three-Fold Breath

  

RELAXING -- This flow of the breath will help you move your attention away from the busy demands of the everyday world or any special challenges that are present in your life. Physically, it slows the brain's waves down so that it is easier to move into Alpha which is the state of mind when creativity and imagination are accessible to the conscious self. This breath also ignites the body’s cooperation with the mind in learning new patterns in a calm, focused way.

GROUNDING -- In order to maintain supportive relationship with your physical body and its nurturing base, the earth, it is important to direct the breath from the expanded, outward states of consciousness to the focused, downward flow of energy through your body into the earth. The grounding breath provides a physical stability for the intuitive self to experience the spatial expansiveness of light consciousness. Being grounded helps you use the guidance of your intuition to create a positive life.

DIRECTING -- Combining intention and focus of mind, you can direct the breath to affect the energy of various aspects of your well-being whether they are of the physical, emotional or mental nature. From practicing directing your breath, you develop a sharpened awareness of your own consciousness which is a prerequisite for developing your intuitive awareness of others.
 

Introduction to the process:  You can do the complete meditation or practice each part at different times before you try the whole lesson. Remember you are learning, so aim for calmness and peacefulness. Set aside any desire you might have for perfection. Each time you practice the meditation it will become more automatic.

 Try to do some part of the meditation twenty-one days in a row. During the first week, it will probably feel good to relax. During the second week, the resistors in your psyche will announce themselves. You might feel like you do not have the available time to meditate or you might feel bored, or you might feel distracted- do the meditation anyway. This is the time of real learning--practicing a new pattern when the ego does not want to give up the old ways. During the third week you will be settling the new pattern into your consciousness so that it will be easier to do the Three-Fold meditation whenever you wish to focus.

Enjoy!

 Place yourself in a comfortable position in a chair, or lay on the floor or bed. Check to see that your ankles are uncrossed and your hands are resting comfortably in an open position. Take a moment to scan how you feel in this position and adjust yourself to be more comfortable. Now look around to situate in time and space and then close your eyes and breathe normally for moment. Allow yourself to start to relax.

 Relaxing:  Move your attention to the flow of your breath. The inhale brings in the life force energy and is usually shorter than the exhale. Take a gentle inhale, filling your head and neck with breath. Exhale through your mouth, letting the path created by the exhale deepen into the chest. Inhale into the chest, expanding the upper ribs so you can feel your ribs lift up and out. Exhale, letting the path deepen into the lower chest. Inhale and expand the lower ribs and diaphragm area. Let yourself feel more relaxed. Take a few more breaths into the chest. Relax. Now, inhale again and with the exhale, let the path deepen into the upper belly area. Breathe again, feeling the chest and then the upper belly expand. Inhale, and on the exhale deepen the path into the lower belly. Inhale, feeling your belly lift and outward with breath. Exhale, feeling the body sink inward as it empties of old air. Inhale again, filling the body slowly with breath and emptying again. Let the breath relax to a natural flow and feel yourself relaxed, calmer, more at peace.

Grounding:  After a few moments of relaxing, bring your attention back to your lower belly and lower spine. Imagine a soothing light circling around, filling your whole lower body with a calming energy. When the whole area from hip to hip is full, imagine the light flowing downward through your legs, opening and relaxing the energy in your legs and feet. When the feet are full of this light, imagine it moving downward from you into earth. The light is magnetically pulled deeper into earth. Imagine a spiral disc of light several feet below you gathering your light and then sending it out in all directions like roots of a tree grounding into the earth. Now imagine that the earth responds, sending a nurturing light back up through the roots into the spiral disc. The earth's light lifts upwards from the grounding disc into your feet and moves upward around your own light, nurturing and soothing you. This light lifts and merges with the spiral light in your lower belly, giving you the sensation of a full, strong base of light. Take a few moments and focus on the circulation of light from you into the deep earth and back and around again. Allow yourself to feel the comfort and peace of being grounded.

Directing:: Relaxing into the feeling of being grounded, move your attention to the place inside of you -- your body, your mind, or emotions -- that is open and peaceful even if it is a small space. Breathe into this space for a few moments, becoming aware of the light. Now, move your attention to a place inside of you that feels contracted, tight, or too busy and racing.   Just notice this space without analyzing or trying to control it.  Now move your focus back to the open space. Using your inhale, gather the light, and with the exhale, imagine directing the energy through you into the tight space. Keep directing the breath in this manner until you feel more in balance and peaceful. Feel the peacefulness spread through you and relax.

 When you am ready to come out of the inner state, breathe in quickly and blow out in short exhales through your mouth several times. Open your eyes and rub your hands, your face, and stretch your arms and legs. Take your time before standing up. Notice if you are allowing the peacefulness to linger. Enjoy being calmer.
